"First of all this is a terrible place to stay, staff members are rude, there were bugs, and cockroaches in the room, very dirty room, and staff did not give me towels, as i clearly had 5 guests but they had only two towels and when i asked they did not give it to us. When i booked the hotel, it was clearly said it had continental breakfast but there was no breakfast, coffee was not good as well. Door lock was not working, too much noise, and reported it to the hotel."

"This was perfect for just me as I was only in town for the night. The location is cool. The basement was mostly clean. The bathroom shower could have been cleaned more. Also, I saw the towels but not wash clothes. The only major feedback would be to put the bed in a spot where the Wi-Fi will work. The muck where the bed is now is a dead zone for Wi-Fi. Other than that, this was quite nice. "

"We needed a place close to Kensington as we were cleaning out my brother's place. It was 8 minutes away! It was the comfort and space we needed to decompress after long days of sorting, packing, and moving. The beds were comfy, the appliances were new and in working order, and the furniture was comfy. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, sleep and hang around together."
