"The hotel itself is clean and in a great location. It is an older property and the rooms are basic. The staff is friendly and helpful. Valet parking is a problem. They ask you to let them know an hour beforehand when you need your car. It takes longer than an hour. We waited almost 2 hours to get our car back. You would be better off to self park in a nearby lot and have access to your own vehicle and leave when you are ready. I would stay at this property again, but I would not use the valet service."

"The hotel is set back from the street with some trees and benches in front so it feels set apart from the busy street. I had tea and snacks in the lobby but did not go to the restaurant which I hear is beautiful. I filled out a survey and mentioned that the room lacked amenities (sewing kit, moisturizer, shower cap, robe). I was surprised to get an email from the manager who mentioned that they would have been happy to supply those things if I had asked. My room did have a clothes steamer which was very convenient since I was attending a wedding and my outfit was wrinkly from my suitcase. Overall, it was a nice stay!"
