"The hotel is clean and remodeled. The problem for me was the outsourced staff. It had a vending machine like feel in the front area with staff outsourced from India and Chile. They will tell you Florida but it’s not true. There are no humans for staff on site. It reminded be by Covid times or the movie last man on earth. I like the human interaction much better. Short of that the hotel was nice clean and looked remodeled. "
