The coffee machine was broken for the entire day, and no one seemed concerned about fixing it. Additionally, there was a dog in the room next to mine that barked continuously for about six hours because it was left alone. I reported the issue, but nothing was done to resolve it. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves...
