Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private apartment in a 4-unit building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include driveway and free street parking, shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and a back patio with a propane BBQ grill. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras .

• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room. A pet fee applies: $20/night/pet, $100/week/pet, or $250/month/pet.
Property is pet friendly for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. Dogs must be potty trained and under 50lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.
