"Good value friendly hotel. Room had areas spackled (not painted), no towel holders, a couple mold spots in the shower and on the lighting, sheets and comforter had stains which were changed upon request. There was a shirt in the closet (no dresser) full of dust, guessing it had been there quite a while. Cost was less than nearby competitors. Food was good although lacked variety (same every other day). Parking lot seemed safe and well lit. Common area was clean and somewhat inviting. Good place is looking for budget and basics."

"We stayed for about a week. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was like any other hotel breakfast. I don't like that they clean your room every other day. I really like my room to be cleaned daily. When we were leaving we took off our sheets and noticed off yellow stains where they had sucked them under the bed. Obviously, we didn't know about it until we were leaving. The area has some good places to eat and nice places to shop"

"TV didn't work in my room. Offerered to give me a credit and didn't. Food was ok. Setting along the Rock River was beautiful, but location seems to be in an iffy part of town (next to an abandoned mall and event center that's closed). Breakfast was plentiful and good even though hotel was sold out."
