"My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay, the water park was excellent with a mix of bigger slides and a really water play structure for smaller kids. Plenty of chair if you get there early, the water park is literally in the middle of the hotel, super convenient to get to and from your room. Parking was abundant and easy, we were able to park right outside our room both nights. The hotel itself has some restaurants and a Starbucks right in the hotel. The surrounding area had lots of restaurants and little shops that could easily be walked too. We went out at night and felt very safe. We were travelling with an electric mobility scooter, Luckily we were on the bottom floor however there is only and elevator in building number 6 so if you have accessibility needs make sure to ask for building 6 or the bottom floor in the other buildings. Overall the hotel was fun safe and clean, comfortable beds, excellent AC, also excellent water pressure in the shower!"

"Was really disappointed having to pay an extra 120 dollars to park 2 cars. I’m sorry not everyone flies and ok not more then one car but why should you have to park offsite with the president ce you pay for the room "

"I was there March 27 - 30 2026 and have yet to receive my $50 room fee back and yes I have called the location at 7600 International Drive in reference to the matter and still yet to receive my $50 back.Also being charged $10 a night for parking at a hotel you have reservations at is redicolous so my bill when from $360 to $390 plus a $50 room fee costing me $440 dollarCan you please help me at least to get back my $50 room fee I will never make reservations here again"

"Renovations are needed. Floors in room were not cleaned, checked how dirty our socks were. Cracks in the walls, tiles, filthy carpet in the hallways. Very loud A/C unit. Shower was over caulked and just looked cheap and no attention to detail to repaires."
