"Clean rooms, wonderful staff. Had a room with a pullout couch bed, and when I pulled it out for my kiddos to sleep there was damage rendering it not safe for sleep. I reported it right away to the staff, and the next night was a note that a new couch was ordered and would be delivered with [date]. I was impressed with the speed and focus. Also, amazing breakfast! Banana nut waffles, my kids still talk about them! "

"Check in was good. Man was friendly and called our room to ask if everything was good and did we need anything. Room was clean and updated. Room had refrigerator, microwave coffee maker, iron and ironing board. We were on the second floor and it was pretty quiet. The outside of the buildings needs a facelift. Good place to stay when on the road. "

" Very nice place for an overnight stay while traveling. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Only negative I found, and I admittedly am picky, is that this hotel could up their game on the towels- they are thinner than I would expect for a hotel of this caliber. Otherwise our stay here was great."

"I should be getting credited because they gave me a king instead of 2 queens and they said that was cheaper, so please give me the one king bed rate instead of the two queens bed rate!"
