"The room was clean and smelled nice. The beds were nicely made with new linens and pillows. The bathroom was wheelchair assessable and the shower was also wheelchair assessable. There were safety bars in the shower and at the toilet. My room was at the end of the hall next to the exit door. It had a room card access device, but that did not work and the door did not lock. The wait was long to check in. The front desk employee seemed to have a lot of information to gather and papers to fill...

"I dont think housekeeping had even touched this room. The floor was filthy and covered in hair and debris. There was still food remnants covering the floor and tables. This place is gross. I tried to contact management for batteries for the tv remote. I was told no one was available to bring or even find any. This is not even a 1 star hotel. "
