"Great stay. Even better staff"

"Beautiful hotel, amazing hospitality and care from every staff member encountered. Steak house, jazz lounge, inn ke"

"Stayed 2 nights and found the room to be clean. Not having a microwave in the room was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to go to the lobby to warm food. We visited the pool on the 4th floor to find a hot tub that had been boarded up and the room was dark and cold and we had to search for the lights. "Lovely"

"Pleasant, helpful staff; good restaurant; clean; comfortable beds; nice location."

"At check in the team member encouraged me to use the university discount when reserving for my next stay. She also attached my reservation to my points loyalty program. East location"

"Very nice, returning next week."

"Thank you"

"A unique setting that makes a stay on the road quite enjoyable. I enjoy the spacious, open setting and feel comfortable each time I stay. If you plan to stay in more and use the kitchen, you need to pickup a few basic items such as paper towels, trash bags, napkins as only a few pieces of silverware and dishes are provided."

"Staff friendly helpful Breakfast plenty Guest rooms renovated Would return if ever in area again"

"Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"Staff very helpful and happy to help you on problem is expidia site states that they have Tesla destination chargers that’s why I booked them they do not and charge roughly 50 cents per kilowatt"

"The room was clean but a little bit crowded & the lighting in the room was poor. There were many choices in the breakfast room but not nearly enough seating for a hotel of that size. The staff member we dealt with, Cindy, was excellent. It was a pleasant stay."

"This is an apartment hotel which is great for a family traveling together because everyone can stay in the same unit. The place is large enough for 4 related people, with extra room for watching TV, doing work, etc. The place had clearly been remodeled recently. The lobby and breakfast area looked especially new. We found the location very convenient for attending an event at RIT, and the hotel was in close proximity to many restaurants, markets, and other services. Of course, this is a...

"Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Everything I needed was close by, and the hotel itself felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for."
