Piacevolmente in casa e comodissimi ai beach club, abbiamo scoperto anche qualche super ristorante nell’entroterra. Complimenti ai proprietari ed al professionale e disponibile custode! Sicuramente la villa più incantevole della zona."

"We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. Alberto is very supportive and very well reachable as well."

"It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."

"Great house, spacious and close to beach, restaurants and shops. Powerful air conditioning which we really appreciated at the start of our stay as it was very hot! Fillippo was a great host, always responding quickly and providing lots of helpful advice."

"Excellent house, aircon in bedrooms. Location is perfect: 5 win walk to the supermarket, 7 min walk to the beach and a tennis club, but it’s off the main road so it’s very quiet. Clean, everything works perfectly. Lots of appliances in the kitchen should you wish to cook. Large garden. Host very flexible and responsive. Overall, perfect stay, we would love to come back again."

The house is large, clean and offers enough space for 14 adults - there are 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a living room, a large terrace, and a large garden. "Wir hatten eine erholsame wunderschöne Zeit! Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber, auch der riesige Garten ist gepflegt und komplett eingezäunt, was für uns mit kleinen Hunden sehr praktisch war. Unter der Woche wird das Haus täglich gereinigt, auch der Gärtner schaut für Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, klimatisiert und verfügen über eigene schöne Badezimmer.
