"Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...

"Apartment is really cute and perfect for vacation in the summer. It’s more than enough room for two persons to sleep and eat while you enjoy toscana on the day. The couch / bad is a little bit squeaky and isn’t the newest anymore but is okay for persons under 30 I guess. Vania is really nice and was always trying to help us to enjoy our stay even more. Thanks once again!"

"L’endroit est parfait pour un séjour en nature. L’accueil est très chaleureux et le logement super propre. "Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel."
