"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."

We had to checkout early to catch a flight which resulted in a bit of a mix up but I have to say the resolution was excellent. "Lovely property near bagno di Lucca. Situated high on a hillside in a beautiful setting with breath taking views. A really authentic old villa with period furnishings. A nice garden and a small but very clean pool to cool off in. You definitely would benefit from a hire car. We visited Florence and Pisa - both an hour and a half drive and also Marinello for Ferrari - a 2 1/2 hour drive through the hills. We really had the most amazing stay and really enjoyed this stunning location."
