"We stayed at Hermosa Cove for our 10th wedding anniversary, and I honestly can't say enough good things about it. It's one of those rare places that completely delivers on the promise of tranquility, romance, and beauty. The setting is serene—just 9 villas spaced throughout a lush 12-acre property, each with its own unique style. We were lucky to stay in the Tree House Villa, which felt like a luxurious jungle escape, complete with an outdoor bath surrounded by trees. Most villas come with their own dipping pool, and with only a handful of guests on the property at any time, the shared pools were practically private. We loved having the option to be completely alone, whether in our villa, at one of the pools, or by the water. The staff were wonderful—welcoming, kind, and always available without ever being intrusive. It felt like we were on our own private island, but with help when we needed it. And then there’s Christopher’s Restaurant—amazing food and easily the best dining experience we had in Jamaica. One special night, the staff arranged for us to have dinner in the private gazebo overlooking the ocean, just as the sun was setting. That kind of thoughtful gesture made our trip unforgettable. Whether you're looking to explore (snorkeling and kayaking are available) or just want to relax with your partner in a quiet, lush paradise—Hermosa Cove is perfection. We’ll absolutely be back and recommend it to anybody with taste!"

"Our first time to Jamaica and we absolutely loved it. Wish it wasn’t such a long drive from the airport to the resort. Also the shuttle that takes you to the excursions was a little scary how they drive there. The lighting when walking around at night needed to be better. Food, entertainment and activities were fantastic. Had a small lizard guest in our room which I didn’t care for but dealt with it. Will definitely stay at Sandals again. "

"Staying here felt like a dreamy escape into nature. It was as if we were sleeping among the treetops! The lush surroundings and panoramic views over Kingston were absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were full of charm, evoking that classic, old-school Jamaican vibe that made the experience feel authentic and cozy. Service was attentive and warm, and the food? Simply delicious! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Jamaica. My photos does not do it justice! Important Note on the Drive to the Property The road leading to the property is quite narrow and can feel a bit intimidating, especially if you’re not an experienced driver. Since the location is high up in the mountains, expect steep climbs, winding hills, and stretches without guardrails. Use caution, take your time, and be prepared for a scenic—but challenging—drive."

"The property is beautiful, you walk in and you feel a breeze that’s just amazing. The staff was wonderful, everyone was very polite and friendly. The room was pretty big and the shower felt good, there was always hot water. The food was 8/10, there were times it was cold but the taste was always on point. "

"10/10, cannot recommend highly enough. Beautiful property. Exceptional service. Worth every penny. Small, intimate resort. Cozy, but not claustrophobic. Quiet and relaxing. More mature crowd. Limited night life, but that's not what I was there for. Beautiful private beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to go around. Lovely main restaurant on the verandah, plus a french bistro, pub, and seaside grill. Food was great everywhere. 10 minute bus transfer to Sandals Ochi with plenty of entertainment and dining options if you get bored. Rooms are slightly dated, but in generally good condition, with stunning oceanfront views. Very comfortable. Butler service is above and beyond exceptional. My husband and I aren't terribly comfortable with being "waited on", but these guys didn't let us lift a finger and we never had to ask for anything - they anticipated needs and wants we would never have even dreamed of and made it so all we had to do was say "yes" to their gracious and friendly service. We felt extremely pampered. Special shoutout to butlers Duwainey and Richard, along with Garnet, behind the bar at the Wobbly Peacock pub - the 3 of you made our vaction extra special and memorable. And all the awesome servers: Giovanni, Stephnie, Trisell, Tianna, Romaine - just to name a few. Mahesh at the loyalty desk, and Omar, the GM, were also awesome. Thank you all for your warm and attentive service. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of all week."
