"The property was not "prestigious", was under a covered verandah and was dark.. was only "bright" if you turned on all of the lights, The "garden" was full of weeds. There was a smell that was not to my liking upon entering the unit. But the unit seemed to be well cleaned. The landlord continually requested to meet me in person at check- in before providing codes for door..Not sure why? I did not stay and was not provided a refund...I was told I would receive 150 cleaning rebate."

"Kimberley and her partner were wonderful hosts. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The rooms are clean and comfortable. One slight quibble was that the previous tenants had used up the toilet paper and it hadn't been replaced yet, but when I mentioned it to Kimberley, she replaced it immediately. Also, the previous tenants had left the bathroom a bit untidy. Again, this was a very minor issue. Overall this is an excellent place to stay."

"This property is easy to find, clean, safe, friendly, relaxed and is close to Stanley Park, Capilano bridge and alao convenient for both downtown Vancouver and the airport. The price is very reasonable and that is reflected in the fact that it is a room in a shared accommodation. If you’re expecting a five star hotel or the whole property to yourself then this is not what you’re looking for. It did feel private and Kimberley is very helpful and friendly. Book this if you are here for a short...

"We were disappointed with old, worn and uncomfortable furniture in the living room and dining room. Kitchen lacked sufficient cutlery, plates, and stemmed wine glasses. Countertop was broken leaving very sharp corner. Heating/hot water system failed leaving us cold and without hot water for hours. Property manager was sympathetic and quick to respond to the many issues we faced.."

"I’ve got the price page to stay at this beautiful home in Vancouver. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house went above and beyond my expectations as I felt like I was living in paradise for the weekend. May as the host made this stay even better as she was very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this house with May as their host as she is easily the best host ever."
