"My stay was over the summer so it was quite peaceful and quiet. The rooms and buildings were kept lovely and clean. Dispite the age of the buildings the washrooms were updated and kept especially clean.The grounds were also well kept. I did miss not having outdoor furniture to relax outside but I do understand why there isn't. My only disappointment was not getting clean towels and facecloth for 4 day visit."

"The outdoor pool and hot tub was a fantastic touch! Kids really enjoyed it. Having a cute little patio was enjoyable; just wish it had a view - but still nice to sit out there while the rest of the family is still asleep. Great hotel overall and it looks like they're renovating. "
