"The graveyard front desk person I apologize I do not remember is name, but he was really great and extremely thoughtful. I went to my room and the AC was up all the way. It was freezing in the room. I turned the dinosaur thermostat to warm and figured it may take sometime to warm up and I called down to the lobby and asked for extra blankets. This gentleman said “absolutely” and he would bring them right away. At which he did since the heat didn’t seem to be catching up an I fell asleep it was fine. The next morning I was freezing and had to work I work remotely. But it was fine with the outside pretty warm. The room was not the best but nowhere near the worst. The sink had a crack, there was small awkward window right at chest height. So I felt a little better today strange when I used the shower lol"
