Fantastic resort.

The grounds were impeccably manicured and maintained. The staff were amazing, very helpful and eager to please. Outstanding service and excellent food. The beach was picture perfect. We highly recommend Las Palmas as your travel destination. Thank you to everyone who made are vacation one of the best.

Wrong location

The check is process was sketchy, the room was left open and the key on the table. The listing says Lawson Rock when the location is Coxen Cove (Las Palmas). The resturant on the property was rarely open and going off the resort walking distance is unsafe. There was no water the day we checked in, no hot water the entire time and cleaning the room was sporatic.

I’m not one to complain but this was honestly a terrible experience. Water heater only worked for a few seconds at a time, the bed was so springy that we woke up in pain multiple times throughout the night and the property manager replied to our WhatsApp messages only to swiftly delete it and never get back to us until we left the property with 6 paid nights remaining and demanded a refund which they refuse to give us despite vrbo recommending that they did. Then they responded with a blatant lie stating that they sent people to check and “everything was working fine”. The only person that came by was the cleaning lady who spread a thin blanket on the mattress which made no difference at all and couldn’t even cover the entire mattress. Then she told us that we needed to turn the hot water on and off again 3 times then turn it on again and let it run for a long time and then it would work :/ Nothing worked and after 7 sleepless nights and even the cleaning lady avoiding us, we decided to bite the bullet and rent another place for the remaining 6 nights of our vacation. Those people did not care one bit.

Todo Pesimo, la ubicación, las fotos y la instalación no es la que sale en la publicación, no me pude quedar en ese lugar, sabanas sucias, baño como que nunca lo han lavado, no cerraba la puerta de entrada, la habitación no es la que aparece en las fotos, DEBERÍAN CONCIDERRAR QUITAR ESTA OPCIÓN DE LA PÁGINA EVITARÍAN MUCHAS MOLESTIAS AL CLIENTE, NECESITO UN REMBOLSO YA QUE NO ME QUEDÉ EN EL LUGAR, NUNCA ME ESCRIBIERON PARA MAYOR INFORMACIÓN SOLO RECIBÍ EL CORREO DE EXPEDÍA INSATISFECHA CON TODA LA PALABRA.
