  • If you are looking for calm waters and a great place for family fun, the Octagon House is for you! This spacious home is located at the 5 mile marker of the Little Niangua. The 2 level Octagon House offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, newly renovated kitchen and living space. The upstairs had three bedrooms and a bathroom. Head downstairs to the master suite to enjoy the custom walk in shower and new soaker tub. The downstairs also has a large living area, a wine bar, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The unique octagon shape of the home allows guests to take in 180 degree views of the lake. With 198 ft of waterfront all to yourself, along with a HUGE private dock with 1 slip available for your boat and water toys, this property is perfect for guests be outside and enjoy fishing, swimming, and sunbathing. The dock is equipped with a refrigerator. If grilling outside is your thing, we have a gas grill for you in front of the house. Want to relax in the evening? This Octagon House has a Jacuzzi Hot Tub and patio to enjoy throughout your stay. If the weather turns, the home has a TV in the living area space upstairs. We also have complimentary high speed internet. This property is off the beaten path, allowing guests to relax in the tranquil environment that the lake offers. However, if you want to venture into town, the property is only 25 minutes from Camdenton, which has tons of restaurants and shopping venues for guest to enjoy. With 2 kings, 1 queen, Twin over Full bunk beds, a sleeper couch upstairs, and a futon downstairs, the Octagon House has plenty of space for all to enjoy.

    We have Remodeled a modern studio space for guests to enjoy in the summer. The 450 sq ft space is included (included in rate) for summer months through September. The studio is on the same property and shares the driveway with the Octagon House. it is just steps away from Octagon House. Space features a full size and King Size Bed. There is also a bathroom with small shower. ROKU TV in the studio as well. High Speed Internet

The property was perfect for our group. We loved being on the lake and swimming off the amazing dock. Plenty of room for our group to sleep, hang out and enjoy the amenities, such as the hot tub and deck space.

This is our 2nd time staying at this house. House is clean and has everything we need. There is plenty of room for everyone. The cove is quiet and we spend a lot of time on the dock swimming and fishing.

Loved the place, perfect for our family. Everything was as listed would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful spot on the lake. My only complaint would be since we were there when it was cold, more than one tv would’ve been nice. I know it’s a lake house but in the colder months a tv down stairs would be nice. outside of that everything else was perfect.

Amazing views and amazing memories

Our family was so happy with how beautiful the views were. The home is gorgeous and so unique. The hosts are so kind and very communicative and so helpful with any requests. We came from California and were not familiar with the area and the host gave us suggestions and addresses of things close by. We caught fish right off the dock Blue gill, sunfish and catfish. We made life long memories with the kids. Owner let us use their dock to rent a boat. (Highly recommend lakerunners) A few turtles seem to stay at the dock, so the kids were excited to see them each day. We didn’t use the spa or fire pit because it was too hot, but each of those spots had their own cozy corner. Also, the photos do not do the summer separate home justice. I mean wow! Everyone wanted that space. It was so cute and nice and private. One of our favorite family trips so far. Thank you so much!
