Super nice place

We absolutely loved this place! Small, cozy, and very clean. The nature all around and all the outdoor activities that are available make it an even more memorable place to stay at! I highly suggest this place. Owners are also so friendly and accommodating!! Would definitely go back :)

Weekend stay

We had a wonderful weekend here. The private beach has everything you need (bbq, beach chairs, kayak, SUP, and more) and is incredibly peaceful and secluded. The chalet is comfortable and has everything you need, we saw deer every morning! I highly recommend this chalet

Peaceful

The cabin was super clean and had everything you need. The owner was very nice and was there when we needed him. He answered our texts fast and was very easy to communicate. He did not make us feel like we were bothering him too.the area is beautiful and peaceful. We would love to go back.

Nice country setting

Enjoyed access to private beach. Kids enjoyed berry picking with abundance of raspberry and blueberry bushes in close proximity. All amenities were provided. Bring your food and a change of clothes and you are set. We had some rain during our stay so it was great that there was a TV with access to Netflix, etc, to keep the kids occupied. Village is only a 10 minute drive so was convenient for quick trip to pick up milk, etc. Overall great little getaway from the city,

Nice little cabin

My family and I enjoyed our 2 night stay here. We were coming from the city and were looking for a cabin outside to get away from the busy city life for a couple of days. It was great to breathe fresh clean air and have quiet. At night, we were lucky to have clear skies, so we saw many stars. Our pup enjoyed the freedom to run all around. We enjoyed hiking to the river and a pond through the woods. The owner, Louis-Phillip, was a great host, very accomodating and helpful. When we arrived there was a small problem in the cabin, but with a quick text message and a phone call he was able to find a solution. The cabin was clean and had everything that we needed and more. We enjoyed watching a few movies.l

Le systĂšme qui chauffe l’eau devrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©.Le fusible saute souvent.Un filtre pour l’eau devrait ĂȘtre installĂ© pour Ă©liminer les odeurs.Pour le reste c’était bien correct.Je recommanderai ce chalet.

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able , je n’hĂ©siterai pas Ă  y retourner , Cependant , pour ce qui est du mĂ©nage , l’emplacement est propre au regard, par contre beaucoup de mouches Ă  fruits rĂ©sultant d’un nettoyage des panneaux latĂ©raux de la cuisiniĂšre , et un nettoyage derriĂšre s’impose, beaucoup d’excrĂ©ments de rongeurs, aussi dans le grille pain (turn off) un peu tout de mĂȘme, espace feu extĂ©rieurs serait aussi Ă  remplacer , l’emplacement semble lisse sans entretien, le bac Ă  canettes extĂ©rieur plein Ă  en dĂ©border sans sac intĂ©rieur. Mis Ă  part ces commentaires ( constructif) le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able mĂȘme si la tempĂ©rature n’y Ă©tait pas . J’y retournerai assurĂ©ment

Un beau coin tranquille, a quelques pas de la RiviĂšre rouge, si vous rechercher la nature, wow.

Belle semaine en chalet!

Merci! TrĂšs belle communication avec le propriĂ©taire du chalet. Ma famille et moi avons adorĂ© la plage et les paddle board accessibles en tout temps. J’ai beaucoup aimĂ© un chalet abordable qui accepte les chiens. J’ai Ă©galement beaucoup aimĂ© l’air climatisĂ©. J’aurai aimĂ© qu’il y ait des randonnĂ©es prĂšs du chalet mais je n’en ai pas trouvĂ©. Nous allons sĂ»rement y retourner l’an prochain!

Bel endroit mais manque d’entretien

Nous adorons la riviĂšre rouge pour ses plages et pour la clartĂ© de l’eau. L’emplacement du chalet est trĂšs bien mais l’intĂ©rieur n’était pas trĂšs propre. La salle de bain a besoin de rĂ©novations majeures au point oĂč nous craignions que le plancher cĂšde sous nos pieds( Ă©tait pourrit).Pour du camping c’est ok mais loin d’un 5 Ă©toiles. La communication avec le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© cependant trĂšs bien. Il n’y avait pas de savon Ă  mains et l’eau a un goĂ»t et une odeur d’eau de lac. Personne en a bu. Nous avions dĂ©jĂ  louĂ© Ă  cet endroit il y a quelques annĂ©es et ce n’était pas nĂ©gligĂ© de cette façon. Nous choisirons un autre chalet la prochaine fois.

C’était super!

Moi et mes 4 amis voulaient une endroit pour profiter tous ensemble et c’était parfait. Le petit village a 10-15 minutes de route du chalet Ă  tout se qui faut pour nos besoins. La cabine Ă©tait bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et confortable. Les deux points nĂ©gatifs Ă  mon avis sont le foyer Ă  l’extĂ©rieur parce que les briques Ă©taient tous cassĂ©e et fissurĂ©e donc elles auraient pu tomber durant un feu. Mon autre point nĂ©gatif serait la plage promise qui n’est pas vraiment une plage mais deux petits coins de sable en pente (mais je croit que la marĂ©e Ă©tait juste haute au moment de notre sortie). Pour conclure c’était gĂ©nial et je compte bien retourner un jour. Merci

Nous avons vraiment aimĂ© notre sĂ©jours au chalet. Tous ce dont on avait besoin Ă©tait la, nous avions seulement pĂąte a dent, brosse a dent, manger et nos vĂȘtements a apporter. Le chalet Ă©tait en excellente condition. La plage privĂ© est magnifique. L’hĂŽte est exceptionnel, toujours disponible, rĂ©pond dans un trĂšs court dĂ©lais. J’ai absolument rien de nĂ©gatif a dire. Nous avons eu une expĂ©rience hors du commun et un hĂŽte extraordinaire! Ce sont des chalets faciles d'accĂšs, rĂ©ellement propres et qui rĂ©pondent Ă  tous les besoins. En Ă©tĂ©, cet endroit doit ĂȘtre paradisiaque pour les amateurs de plein air et qui adorent le kayak, le paddle board ou pour simplement se prĂ©lasser sur une plage. Merci Ă  M. Beau petit séjour

Nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© notre petit sĂ©jour malgrĂ© la pluie. La plage est Ă  quelques minutes de marche du chalet. Nous avons apportĂ© nos propres planches Ă  pagaie et nos tubes et le transport se faisait bien du chalet. Le chalet a tout ce qu’il faut pour ĂȘtre confortable. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique et nous a mĂȘme offert de rester plus longtemps la derniĂšre journĂ©e Ă©tant donnĂ© qu’il annonçait beau et qu’il avait plu presque tout le temps depuis notre arrivĂ©e. On a l’intention de revenir!
