"Was perfect for what we needed. Quiet area and lovely neighbours."

"The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view."

"Came from Washington state an stayed here for 3 days while I was attending an event at the freedom factory and I can’t wait to plan another trip, first time visiting Florida an this room was a perfect first stay 10/10 would come here again. "

"We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size."

"Very nice. Exactly like how the home is described online. Was impressed with the cleanliness. Location is great. Parking was a slight issue, but that was due to an event, so it was very very busy. Prop manager was very responsive and extremely helpful. Great location to walk around"

"Exactly as described! We loved the condo, especially the patio overlooking the water. It’s a gated property, with a nice pool, pier& seating area closer to the waterfront. At dusk there is a nice fire pit& torches. Very close to the airport which was a plus. Many restaurants in the area too. We visited Ybor village and ate at the Columbia Restaurant! It was a treat!"

"Great views. We found everything what was needed in this apartment for our 3 nights stay. We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4"

"This property was pretty much as advertised. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are separate pool and beach areas on the property, and the tiki hut restaurant by the pool has excellent food. The location is within reasonable driving distance to St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Ybor City. We would go back there again."

"**OWNER TOOK OUR MONEY THEN GHOSTED US!** I emailed owner five days prior to our stay for check in process, no response. On day of arrival, I called number and was told it was not the correct number. Ended up dealing with VRBO for several hours, who stated the unit was not available, ruined our day."

"Having rented many houses in this area this by far was the best! Cheryl was one of the most considerate and helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. The house was immaculate and so well stocked from everything from paper products to towels. I was especially impressed by the well stocked kitchen. Ample supply of pots pans dishes etc. pool area is beautiful and clean. So enjoyed our vacation and hopefully staying at your home again. Thank you Cheryl!"
