"What a cute little cottage. So well stocked, and SO clean! Super cozy bed. Good fans and a/c works well. Judy was excellent in responding to questions. Instructions were clearly laid out. House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! "Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again."

"We stayed here for a weekend while we went to Busch Gardens and a concert at Raymond James. It was perfect for our trip and the host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and is in a safe area. Will definetly look to rent again for any future weekend trips!"

"Overall good stay. Convenient for the location of the race we were doing. Cute older house. Fit our family of 6 good. But The fold out couches could use an upgrade on mattress or foam pad. "We were in town for a swim meet at the north shore aquatic complex and this house was the perfect location. We could get to warm up at 7am in 10 mins tops and walk down and back when schedule permitted. It’s also close to amazing restaurants and the neighborhood was perfect for our dog! The house is super close to Crescent Lake, which is lovely - a path, pickleball and a dog park are all there. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in St Pete. "This was a cute house in a nice location. The backyard is huge, which is great for dogs. Talking of which, they do charge you a pet deposit which is not disclosed before you book. The AC vent in the main bedroom is super loud and I was unable to sleep in there. I slept in another room and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. There was also no coffee, which was kinda ridiculous for the price. I booked the place for 4 nights and only ended up staying for two. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't that...

"Having rented many houses in this area this by far was the best! Cheryl was one of the most considerate and helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. The house was immaculate and so well stocked from everything from paper products to towels. I was especially impressed by the well stocked kitchen.
