    Start your morning with coffee overlooking Tampa Bay and end your day watching the sunset from your own private balcony. This inviting waterfront condo at Sailport Waterfront Suites on Rocky Point Island is a comfortable place to relax, explore, and make memories together.

    The one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo sleeps up to four guests, making it a lovely getaway for a couple, small family, or friends. The open living and kitchen area brings the view indoors—you can even see the sunset from the kitchen!

    The bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, and spacious closet. In the living room, you’ll find a TV and a pullout sofa with a full-size bed. The bathroom includes towels, soap, and a hair dryer.

Great location with beautiful view of Tampa Bay and the best sunsets around.Condo had everything we needed and Pool/Bar area had the rest. Our host Andrea took care of anything we needed and made sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely return!

Great location

My husband and I came to Tampa to run some races with the Gasparilla, the location was perfectly located close to downtown and yet on the water. The size was just the right size and we had a lovely view of the water.

The condo has an amazing view of the water and the location is great. I loved sitting on the deck and watching the fish swimming around in the water below every morning. Andrea couldn't have been more helpful and was very accomodating to my early check-in request. My only issue (minor) was the bedroom blinds allowed a lot of light into the bedroom at night for sleeping. It looks like they used to have a blackout shade, but it was not there anymore and needs to be reinstalled to block out more light for sleeping. Otherwise it was perfect for us.

Wonderful Stay!

We were visiting Tampa for the first time and could not have selected a better place to stay! Andrea was beyond helpful with suggestions for restaurants and water sports, and her condo is beautiful. Amazing sunsets and full water view. We would love to come back!!

Great/Convenient Location

We loved the views and proximity to several excellent restaurants. The Rusty Pelican is a must. Parking was easy and getting everywhere was easy from Rocky Point. If we were to return to Tampa, we would definitely consider this location.

The property was wonderful and convenient. Security left a lot to be desired and an operating elevator for luggage handling would have been complete. Host was beyond accommodating to ensure my comfort.

Beautiful Sunset View!

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our stay at Sailport Waterfront! Andrea our host was amazing. She was aways available to answer any questions. We really liked the location it worked out perfect for all the places we had to go and all were apx 15 min away. The pool, bar and food all were excellent! We will come back again!

Beautiful sunsets

Fun place to stay as pool/bar area allows for socializing with others staying at Sailport. Guard entrance employees were very friendly. Jet skiing was a blast. The view and sunsets were amazing in this unit.
