This spacious home has five bedrooms with smart TVs, four bathrooms, a 38-long pool and SPA, a MASSAGE CHAIR, and two full-size kitchens. We have ample parking space but no garage parking. We can only accommodate a maximum of 16 guests.

Located 5 minutes from CBU and 15 minutes to downtown Riverside with easy access to the 91 Fwy. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

―QUIET HOURS FOR THE POOL AREA are daily between 10 PM and 10 AM. Any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you, and we CANNOT host you.

―WIFI SPEED: 600mbps

―POOL & SPA: The pool is not heated. By the law, the pool is equipped with a safety fence and access doors to ensure the safety of your children. The spa can be heated and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

―GRILL: We provide a full propane tank for the grill. We kindly ask guests who use the grill to refill the tank before checkout.
