Riverside Retreat - Waterfront!

Riverside Retreat is the perfect getaway for your large family or fishing tournament friends. The oversized covered deck features a stunning water view, large sectional +2 chairs centered around a gas fire table, outdoor dining table seating 10, a 65in. TV & 2 ceiling fans. Enjoy the fire pit w/ four adirondack chairs & an outdoor swing. The brand new dock is equipped w/1 boat slip + sea doo tie up for catching fish & sunshine. 4 kayaks - 2 up to 130lbs & 2 for adults + a large peddle boat too!!
The space
This fully updated, open concept home is perfect for hosting day celebrations and easy vacations. The property has 3 bedrooms that sleeps 12, 2 full bathrooms + a large livingroom sectional for additional sleeping if necessary. This is a family friendly space and is equipped with baby gates, highchair, standard size crib, pack and play and walker. Waterfront lifestyle AND JUST 10 MINUTES to grocery stores and restaurants. Quick interstate access allows you to get to Hoover/Birmingham in just 45 minutes. LINCOLN LANDING to Riverside Retreat = 15min by car and only 5 minutes by boat. RIVERSIDE LANDING to Riverside Retreat = 5min by car.
Primary bedroom: 1 king bed and private bathroom. 1 crib in large closet.
2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed
3rd bedroom: 1 queen bed, TWO sets of twin over full bunk beds (2 twin beds and 2 full beds). Pack and play available in closet.
Guest access
You will have the whole property to yourself! You can enjoy fishing and swimming from the dock where you can tie your boat to. The back deck and yard are large for family games and gatherings. There IS NOT a boat launch on the property. You can drop in at Riverside Landing (4 miles away) and tie up to our dock.
Other things to note
We provide the basic necessities for your arrival. You will be provided with a guest book filled with information on local shopping, restaurants, rules, etc. You will be greeted with a welcome basket of snacks and a few coffee pods as well. We have a 12 cup coffee pot and Keurig for your convenience. We provide four trash bags, two rolls of paper towels, four rolls of toilet paper, 2 tide pods and 2 dish soap pods for your stay. There are plenty of shopping options to choose from once you arrive if you prefer to pack light.

We have puzzles, games, a football, frisbees, a baby pool, 4 adult life jackets and 3 kids life jackets, clothing steamer, hairdryer, lake towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with steak knives, tons of dishes, pots/pans, storage containers, blender, crockpot, griddle, etc. with the capacity to cook virtually any meal you like! We are excited to host you!!
