The staff and service stood out. At first I thought I had just encountered one person, Donovan at the bistro/bar, but it was also everyone else. It’s nice to stay somewhere where you can relax, especially because we were in a large group. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable.

Check in was very easy. Every employee we saw acknowledged us and was friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but was clean. I did not hear hallway traffic or next door. However, we could hear sirens, cars outside, and train whistles. We would stay there again.

Hotel was good. Clean room and staff was nice! Only downside was that my credit card was compromised and the hotel was the only location that I used the card at. They said their system was down so they made a copy of my card front and back. Either someone at the hotel stole my info or they did not shred my information properly.

It was a stone groove my man! Everything was in the fast lane, the staff was super groodalicious, the water was hot the facility was squeaky clean, the coffee was fresh, and the room was spotless. BUT the bed was uncomfortable and made for two nights of no sleep. We get the hotel room to sleep in and unfortunately we just were not able to do it. Thank you for great and friendly experience with the staff though, and having a clean pad for us to relax in though.

Just wish the parking was free and maybe a continental breakfast for the price we paid, would be nice. The room itself was spacious, clean, a/c worked great and in a nice location, not right next to the bed like other hotels, which makes the person next to the a/c freezing and the other overheated. This ac location was perfect. Enjoyed our stay here, would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The place gave me the ick as soon as I walked in and was only reinforced with the run down and dirty condition of the hallways. The room was clean but I couldn’t get past my initial visceral reaction. I stayed one night and canceled the rest of my trip. The staff handled my request to cancel with professionalism.
