The home offers over 2,100 sq. ft. of living space with 3 bedrooms plus a loft and sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests.
The property is permitted for up to 16 total guests. If your group has more than 12 overnight guests, additional guests will need to bring their own sleeping bags, blankets, and sleeping arrangements, as beds and bedding are provided for up to 12 guests only.
The Space
The home features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One bedroom also includes 2 twin beds. The living room offers a queen futon and 2 convertible sleeper chairs.

The chalet also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large back deck, and a BBQ grill. With over an acre of outdoor space, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting.
Family and friend gatherings, reunions, and small celebrations are welcome, not to exceed 16 total guests at the property at any time.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the house and outdoor areas, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, loft, deck, and surrounding property.
Please note that the garage is reserved for the owner and is not accessible to guests.

Important Driving Information:
Please download the driving directions to your phone before heading to the property. The final 1/4 mile leading to the property is rough terrain. Pickup trucks and SUVs are recommended. Smaller vehicles can access the property, but please drive slowly and carefully.
Cell service may be limited depending on your carrier, so downloading the directions in advance is highly recommended. Arriving during daylight hours is also recommended.
