"House is beautiful and is in what feels like a good safe neighborhood. Only about 5-10 minutes from national harbor and about 20-30 from DC. Owner was easy to get a hold of, answered quickly, and he had water delivered to the house for us which we really appreciated. I would stay again and recommend this property. "

"The apartment gave us a nice place for a fun family reunion, it had convenient local parking, many great places to walk to for meals, near public transportation and a very nice neighborhood. It was perfect for us. Next time, I may book an apartment with you on a lower floor so I do not need to climb so many stairs, given I am 71 years old. LOL"
