"Very close car 10 mins) to Tunbridge Wells centre or A21/Tonbridge. Free parking. Good bistro/ bar, gym, nice quiet grounds. Super staff. Have stayed several times and everything in the room always works and everything is well maintained throughout. It’s not comparable to somewhere like Hotel du Vin /The Spa Hotel but neither is the price. A relaxing, enjoyable stopover."

"Shower curtain was disgusting No bodywash in the dispenser in the shower, front desk said they didn't have any more. Pillows had hairs on them. "

"A lovely place to stay and very attentive and interested staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable although we found it quite hot and stuffy, particularly at night. The breakfasts were lovely and service was quick. The spa wasn’t as relaxing as hoped as you had to go back down a corridor if you wanted to visit the steam room, water fountain or sauna but still lovely to do. "

"House was not clean, the effect of which was made worse by the sterile white decor. We sent photos to the host and they said they’ve passed these to their housekeeping team so hopefully it gets better. Unfortunately even then this will be the kind of accommodation I wouldn’t suggest unless you simply need the basic requirements of four rooms and a parking space: You’ll need someone tall to unbar the latch on the garden gate, the single room’s heater works poorly, the living room is weirdly arranged and uncomfortable. "

"Very good accomodation directly off Tonbridge High St. Take-away’s literally 2 minutes walk. Accomodation was spacious and very clean. Only nitpicks was the showers wasn’t great and it was missing a few sunrises like laundry powder and not enough toilet paper. Safe spot plus also next to the park. Would recommend. "
