"We had a great stay. The only downfall to our stay was that the elevators were down and we had to do stairs which was very hard on us handicapped individuals. However, we were made aware of this before our stay and the staff was wonderful and they helped us by taking our things and sitting them by our room. Very much appreciated. Everything else was great. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay enjoyable. Staff exceeds expectations! ❤️"
