Parking was extremely inconvenient, so much so that I got lost and ended up in a minor traffic collision due to gridlock. Explanation for directions to the garage were unhelpful. Had to go downstairs to go up the elevator which makes no sense to me. General rating, 2 star because at least the bed was made well and there were good soaps and shampoo in the shower. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Wow!!! We went up for only one night to explore some of Seattle and the room was one of the best parts.. full kitchen.. with all the utensils, dishes, sink had filtered water, fridge, stove, dishwasher. So clean and beautiful. We utilized the gym which was awesome, free breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. "
