"Everything was a mess. House keeping now came we were there for three weeks. The first week no bathroom lights toilet and tub didn't drain. Tv and wifi kept going out. By week three no hot water. They kept hounding about a pet fee. Expedia said we didn't owe fees. No one on the staff spoke English. The room had no microwave fridge or coffee pot . I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't have those things in them. We had to clean the ac unit it was so dusty. And much more. I really don't...
