"Property needed some cleaning externally. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful but felt like they were too busy conversing among themselves than helping customers. Felt like I had to wait on them to finish their conversation before getting help. Breakfast was good and staff was on top of clearing out tables for next guests. Location was convenient to a few shops and eateries close by. Would stay again in future."

"The general manager went above and beyond normal duties to contact me about an AC outage at the hotel and rebook me at another nearby property for the first of two nights. This was downtown NYC and the hotels were walking distance from each other. The substitute hotel was identical to the original, very nice, and I was able to move into the original hotel the next morning when the AC was fully operational. He earned a customer for life!
