"Phenomenal property!! We had 15 people (9 children, 6 adults) all were very comfortable. Everything was so beautiful and meticulously maintained. It was pretty hot for our trip (mid to high 90's) but the AC in the home worked very well.We enjoyed all the amenities, Pool, hot tub, gym, pond, piano, massage chair. Theres endless games and books for all ages. The outdoor bar area was fantastic.Coffee in the mornings on the front porch before it got hot and watching all the little rabbits running around was my favorite. We would love to return :-)"

"Amazing stay! They were very good at communication from the moment we booked! When we arrived they were great host providing snacks and plenty of accommodations!! But the best thing about this place the game room! So many options of games to choose from definitely kept out party if 10 occupied and laughing the whole time through!"

"Very nice RV in a gated driveway with nice view. It was quiet and relaxing. It was right up the street from Oakhurst and we stayed while visiting Yosemite. Extremely close to Bass Lake where we enjoyed an afternoon. The host was extremely responsive to messages. The bed was comfortable and accommodating for the reasonable price. I was so happy I chose here vs a stuffy overpriced hotel. Highly recommend!"

"The house has character. It’s old and in need of maintenance. If anything needs attention right away, the property management will fix it. They were great!The Sunroom is ideal for breakfast. Too hot later in the day. Fan was dirty. I was afraid to turn it on. Not all windows opened. Hot tub & fire pit were great.Kitchen faucet leaks bad so you have to keep a towel around it or the water comes out under the sink. Floor mats are really dirty. The air conditioning is not even. Some rooms don’t get air, other rooms are cool. Fans are available.The main level shower water pressure is almost unusable.The upstairs shower door doesn’t latch easily so water is on the floor. The other shower/tub is great. The toilet upstairs doesn’t flush well. If you need a “#2” option, choose wisely. The detached area is great. Game room is fun. Extra fridge is nice! Bedroom is cool. The bathroom is difficult because there is only a bathtub and the sides of the tub are tall so it’s hard to get in and out. There is a hand wand shower but the shower curtain doesn’t go completely around the tub so water goes everywhere. Some rooms have sheer panels so nothing to keep out the sun.Trash bin out front was full when we arrived on Saturday. Trash pick up was on Friday. We called and asked for extra toilet paper and they were quick to respond and provide more, which was nice!Nothing was a show stopper and we enjoyed our stay. Great location. 25 min to Bass Lake, 2 hrs to Yosemite Valley."
