"This is a lovely hotel. Well located to see the old and new towns. Parking is great, particularly if you have a high value car. The hotel is friendly and breakfast is great with a good section. The rooms are spacious and clean but a little tired. Don’t let that put you off as overall the hotel is great and worth a visit "

"Nice basic hotel close to the airport. Watch out as there is a minimum €16 taxi fare from the airport. The hotel very kindly recommended a driver which would have been a better and cheaper option I think. Good breakfast and there was a lovely restaurant 2 minutes walk away were we managed to get food upon arrival at c.10pm. Bus close by that takes you into Bergamo Citta Alta "

"Tgis place is always great. The location is perfect to see everything the city has to offer. The staff is over the top. The in house restaurant and bar are great. Being steps away from the cathedrale and other eateries is a bonus. Also Roman ruins are about a 10 minute walk. "

"Rather fond of Città Dei Mille. It looks as if it was the latest thing back in the 1970s, but I probably thought the same about myself then. Everything runs smoothly and pleasantly, from the friendly reception staff to the abundant buffet breakfast. The single room was "compact"; the bathroom was at least twice the size of those in a North Sea ferry cabin, but it included a real bath (which I was pleased to use). And it's a fifteen-minute walk to find a trattoria or to catch the No 1 bus to the airport. I've used it a few times and I've always been happy with it."
