"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "Having been disappointed with hotels previously in Riva, I decided to try this apartment complex. Am so happy I did. It was a delight with only minor things which would improve my rating of 9/10. It's location was excellent being 5 minute walk to the edge of the lake and centre of town. The managers of the apartments were welcoming and made sure we were comfortable.
