"It was a nice hotel with clean, updated rooms. The staff were friendly. Although outside of the main town, you can definitely walk to it and the beach is only 100-200 m away. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. Overall nice stay."

"We booked a stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children in an ‘executive apartment’. The apartment itself was clean and tidy but there was only one mirror in the apartment other than the bathroom which was tricky with 5 of us sharing one apartment. It was not considered to be a ‘room only’ hotel stay by the staff. We were told that it is a separate apartment and therefore we had to pay if we needed additional toilet rolls (1 euro each!). "We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Tourist information booth where we had stopped didn't know this. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The location and hotel where perfec. Not our first time...

"So close to the shore and loved swimming at the lake. So many things to do! There is biking and many water sports. Rentals right close by the hotel. The hotel was very helpful in finding delicious dining options. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Wow, where to start! Riva is a BEAUTIFUL place and this hotel is so well situated, it makes everything so easy to access by foot. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful! The person who greeted us (Francesca) is a wonderful, sweet person and she made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. "It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. When I came to hotel at 11 pm and start opening all these doors it took long time as some of the keys were old and don’t work properly. "Lovely modern interior! The recent renovation looks stunning. The rooms are of a decent size and the view from the balconies are amazing however I would recommend to ask for one on the 3rd floor otherwise the view is blocked a little by the trees. Would definitely return here!"
