"The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were always ready to assist us from check-in til check-out. They even helped me fix my reservations with my next hotel in Japan. I really appreciate them. The rooms were also clean, stylish, and quite spacious. I particularly appreciated the availability of a water dispenser in the room. Having access to clean drinking water was such a great bonus! They also have a lovely rooftop bar. It has cozy vibes at night and they serve really good cocktails."

"We went for the Gion festival and this hotel was located in the perfect spot. It is also connected to the Shijokawaramachi station so it was easy to get around."

"Great property with delicious breakfast buffet! Great onsen after a day of excursions and shopping. Free ice cream and ramen daily. Best part is the staffs, so friendly and helpful! Would recommend staying at this place in Kyoto!"

"Lovely stay at this hotel, beautiful room with a great view, nice public bath in the basement, very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative is that there is only 1 washing machine available to males (2 for females) but as there were no females in our group there was a long way to use the washing machine. Would definitely stay again."
