"Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure "

"We wanted to find a pub with good food and close to Rutland waters to go biking. We stayed at the Fox and Hounds in Exton for 2 nights. "I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. "Very conveniently positioned for the hospital, literally 5 minutes around the corner. Toni, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. All the facilities you would need including a fully equipped kitchen. "It was the best place I’ve stayed at in Peterborough so far. Clean, nice, and central. Only criticisms are the shower door was broken/not attached properly ( I expect this was a previous resident and hasn’t been noticed yet) and that the double bed was 2 singles with a double sheet over it, so I kept waking up falling down the middle! But with that said, it was a decent place and I will likely return. "

"Due to the high calibre of equipment at the lodge i was surprised to find no towels (didnt expect any for hot tub use), but i managed to get Nicks number and he kindly got his housekeeper to rectify. I dont recall seeing in small print that towels were not provided? But he acted quickly to help. Am not impressed with Vrbo, very unsatisfactory service from them."
