"If it wasn't for the room, honestly this hotel would get a 2 or a 3. I didn't like the attitude of the staff, the place felt like a cattle market-people everywhere-. I'll give you some staff interaction examples: at breakfast the person that seated me didn't make it clear that it was buffet style so I say there like a Muppet for a while until I realised. Also I paid for my parking and the barrier wouldn't let me out, I went back to the reception desk and my car reg was entered again and the barrier still wouldn't let me out (I witnessed this happen to someone else too) but at no point did anyone apologise, it was all very perfunctory and transactional there was no care and no warmth which all led you to feel that your just a number on a conveyor belt."

"Our junior suite was comfortable and spacious. We were able to relax and enjoy the suite. If maintenance help was needed, they responded immediately (our sink stopper stuck and we could not open it - no big deal). The only item we were disappointed in was breakfast. Frankly we have stayed many places and the breakfast at The Bailey's was average. It was almost identical to breakfast at a Holiday Inn or a Hampton Inn. It has a nice sbreakfast buffet with a mix of hot (eggs sausage, ham, beans) and cold foods (juice, fruit, cereals, yogurt) as well a a good selection of breads. No food were available cooked to order The only custom item that we were told about was we could get cappucino. If omelettes or freshly custom fired eggs were available, we were not informed of it."

"Well located (close to Earl's Court station - so direct connection to Heathrow via Piccadilly line), nice area and solid hotel in all respects. Price was not cheap for certainly good value for money."
