"Highly recommend this wonderful b&b. Owner was lovely and so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Property was quirkily styled and spotless. Breakfast was amazing - much more than i was expecting for the money. Was only a short walk from the walls too. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent 100 stars 🌟 "

"We left the train station in Lucca, put in the address of La Luna and had a wonderful short walk, less than a mile into the town of Lucca and to the Hotel La Luna. We were greeted by hotel staff who quickly got us into our rooms, two couples-two rooms. The rooms were nice and would be considered average. The highlight of the hotel is the morning breakfast (included in the fee), an attached bar and lounge and directly across the street, about 60 feet, a very nice restaurant. Please note that...

"What a charming place. I just loved it! It is a dream! Lots of green areas, parking is a plus, the place is ancient, but is very well kept! The outside is so charming. The room was like... going back in time! So charming! The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom is great, quite new. Staff is extremely friendly. We had dinner there one night and food is fantastic. Their Chianti wine is so good! And the best was when I was leaving and Signore Antonio spend some precious minutes chatting...

"Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!! "

"Ci siamo fermati solo una notte perché eravamo di passaggio. Abbiamo trovato la camera pulitissima e profumata. Un bagno spazioso e munito di tutto l'occorrente. La camera è spaziosa abbastanza per la tipologia di albergo. Una colazione ricca e scelta tra salato e dolce. Ma sopratutto è da menzionare la gentilezza e la cortesia di tutto il personale. Posso solo consigliarlo. Complimenti."
