"Double check with them before booking. Not all rooms have air conditioning. (It was August so this was necessary) The room we originally were given did not so we were moved to 5th floor which was fine but no elevator in this property. Excellent location in area and we did get a voucher for daily coffee and cornetto at the nearby bar."

"Wow! A 4+ star agriturosmo in a breathtakingly beautiful part of Italy. Wonderfully accommodating staff. Great pool and play area (a soccer field!) Near Larino and Osteria Borgo — an amazing restaurant and a town of interesting shops. 20 mins from Adriatic Sea, yet quiet and peaceful. A great find!"

"Camera bellissima e staff molto disponibile"

"Clean room, very welcoming family- staff It was beautiful place a vineyard peaceful !!! The only thing missing indication to get at the hotel"

"We had a fabulous stay! The owner Emmanuela is friendly, gracious and super helpful. She has also great restaurant recommendations. We felt like we were staying in an art gallery. Everything was tastefully designed mixing modern art with the beautiful old world building. Location is perfect for exploring the area. Parking is bit of an issue. Campobasso is a busy city, so you will need to find paid street parking. Otherwise I do highly recommend this place for the location and charm."

"Clean room, nice staff. A Spa was available and my wife had a really nice pedicure."

"Very clean place with brand new bathroom. Kitchen available which was great. Easy access and located near all facilities such as grocery store etc"

"Struttura in centro città, ottimamente ristrutturata.

"The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. The amenities in the suite were wonderful, just as described."

"Ho trascorso una sola notte. Camera pulita, moderna e dotata di tutti i confort. Ho riposato molto bene"

"Cercavo sistemazione singola 2 notti. Molto silenzioso e pulito. Colazione fai da te accettabile. Affidabile."
