"The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. Luxury amenities that made us feel at home. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Graciela the house keeper and Charles our private chef made our stay amazing. It was nice that they had a lunch and dinner menu available for those days we wanted to stay in. Probably one of the best stays in Medellin. The location is just minutes away from Provenza and surroundings. Manuela the host was super attentive, helping us with reservations at restaurants."

I found out three days before they weren’t expecting even though I already paid for it. Bathrooms didn’t have a toilet seat and it was never addressed. "What a great rental space! One negative (hence the 4 stars) - the lack of hot water/water pressure. Even after reporting cold showers, lack of water in sinks and no water pressure from either, no action was taken which must mean that's just how it is. When you are inviting company over, tell them you are in front of the Zandalo Apartments up the hill at the white house; 9 times out of 10 people know where this place is.
