When you are inviting company over, tell them you are in front of the Zandalo Apartments up the hill at the white house; 9 times out of 10 people know where this place is. "What a great rental space! One negative (hence the 4 stars) - the lack of hot water/water pressure. Even after reporting cold showers, lack of water in sinks and no water pressure from either, no action was taken which must mean that's just how it is.
