"Pros: Very good position near the centre. Two bistros next door. One of the lowest prices in town for standard room + private bathroom. Simple check-in process. Cons: very old equipment + electrics, near to quite noisy crossroad, also from the hallway you can hear everything. Official check-in 4:30 p.m. In our case one bed was so squeaky… For low price you get low quality – so simple. Do not try to contact the hotel via messages – no response. The hotel has confusing info about the check-in...

"The apartment was perfect for our short stay before catching an early flight the next morning. The 3 of us were happy to find a spacious, clean and practical space to unwind after a cruise and get organised for our flight home. The staff were very helpful when checking in and took our luggage so we could go and explore Lisbon while our room was not available. The receptionist helped us with our luggage up the stairs. "Location, staff, and nearby restaurants were great. However, when booking I failed to notice the reference to "shared bathrooms". This was a surprise and something I haven't experienced since staying in hostels as a college student, a long time ago. However, the bathrooms were modern, clean and it worked out ok. I also failed to notice that breakfast is not included or available to purchase at the hotel. There are nice kitchen facilities, but we preferred to breakfast at nearby cafes. It worked...

"The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. The location is A1, right in the heart of town and an easy walk to everything. The street is also fairly quiet at night despite its location. Great option with paying top dollar."

"Quiet bit within easy walking distance of town facilities. Shower & toilet were not in a bathroom, they were accessed directly from the bedroom. This meant that the bedroom floor became wet after using the shower. No bin in the main bedroom, only in the toilet area "

"Location is great, near to metro station and center. There is a nice place to have coffee not far from the place, just 5 min, as well as supermarket. The only minus - there is no elevator."

"It is a new facility, everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Need to note two things - first is that the area is very noisy at night and street sounds are load, which means earplugs if you don't want it to bother you. Second - the double bed is 140x190 cm in size, good if you're average size, but can be an issue for the big & tall. "

"Lovely comfy room in amongst a couple of restaurants. Shame the shower door leaked making bathroom floor wet ,and being festival month it could get quite noisy but staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful and would definitely recommend a stay 😊"
