The rooms are very modern with all types of lifting controls including motion sensors under the bed that turn on soft lights if you get up in the middle of the night. The staff was friendly and ultra professional. It was a high class vibe in walking distance to most sights."

"I loved my experience at the Mercantile. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was very convenient to the convention center and other places. The bedding was comfortable, and I loved having a separate sitting room. If I attend another conference at the convention center, it will be my go-to place."

"We arrived at 3am as the flight was delayed, I texted the front desk to let them know, the night manager responded. We were told the room was over booked and we were staying in the Sheraton across the road in New Orleans. Fortunately because I had let them know the situation they suddenly found us a room ….. free breakfast was comped the next morning, a nice gesture for the misinformed night staff that were working that evening! Overall the room amenities were good, comfy bed and pillows, blackout curtains and a lovey illuminated mirror in the bathroom, we only used the room to sleep and shower."
