"I was advised by staff at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel that their sister hotel, the Ocean View Hotel was closed due to maintenance. So I can not give you feedback for that stay. Arrived late on Sunday night. After traveling on and off for a week. Denise met me and showed me my room which was beautiful. Nice and clean (had the Rhinefield room) which had an entrance way with own front door with a beautiful bath room plus microwave and refrigerator with tea and coffee making facilities. Had choice of breakfast in room or in their breakfast room. Room was checked daily for clean towels/ tea/ coffee milk etc. Pretty surroundings nice and quiet. Very pleasant and helpful...

Lovely stay. The staff upgraded us to a larger room because of the extra stairs we had to climb with our luggage. They did not charge us. Dinner was delicious, and the service wonderful.

Quaint property with rooms in the main building and in an outer building across a patio with table seating where we had a quiet, well-equipped, modern room. The Inn is a short walk to a scenic marsh and pond with fish/eel traps and a bench for savoring the peaceful view. The town of Stockbridge, about a mile away, is wonderful for window shopping (and purchasing!) and is the start of a beautiful picturesque 'marsh walk' through grazing cows and lovely pastures.
