"We stayed for one night prior to boarding a cruise. For one night, arriving late and departing early it was an okay stay for that price. However, we reserved two identical rooms, the state of the rooms were in need of some update, our shower didn’t have a curtain (while the other room’s shower did) and with the room fully set for a family of four - the beds were stacked from wall to wall and the only way to get in was climbing the front of the bed. Place was busy so could not get different riom and neither Expedia or Premier Inn gust services made it clear how to get some compensation.
