VillaNicky Rincon, PR 2,800 Sqft Beach Front Oasis

This most exclusive complex in Rincon, is a 2,800 sq. ft, three story fully furnished and equipped Mediterranean style villa with air conditioning, comfortable kitchen, dining, living room and terrace on the first and Third floor. This amazing beach front villa with direct access to the beach is a stones throw from beautiful Antonio's beach and nearby to many of Rincon most beautiful beaches. This 145 acre gated, ocean front resort residential complex has two miles of private beach and is near down town Rincon and Aguada. Minutes away are dining, activities and shopping.

The First floor has large living and dining room, entertainment room, half bath with water views, beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace area with gas grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella. It comes equipped, high speed Internet, Cable TV, wifi, PS3, two kayak, 2 26' bicycles, outdoor shower, and I-pod music player. The second floor has three bedrooms all with Balconies, AC, and two full baths. The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with private bathroom and ocean front balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed with superb ocean view to wake-up too. The third bedroom has a twin and full-size bunk bed facing gorgeous Rincon hills. We provide quality towels, beach towels, linens and pillows, hair dryer, ironing board.

The third floor terrace provides lounge chairs for everyone to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and sunsets of Rincon, an a view that seem like the waves are breaking literally at your feet. During the winter months, surfers are in the water at dawn, enjoying the surf Rincon is famous for. You can enjoy the tranquility of the ocean breezes, while humpback whales break the ocean surface. In the summer, the wild surf calms down to create intimate, secluded beaches where snorkeling takes the place of surfing. Near all the best surfing beaches like Sandy Beach, Marias Domes and Tres Palmas. There is always lots to do; scuba diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing, sailing, swimming, yoga and massage, long walks on the beach and of course those unforgettable sunsets every night. Absolutely beautiful property! Owners were wonderful, their home meticulously maintained. Safe, gated community, where you can walk the beach to restaurants. Rincon was laid back and perfect for our family vacation.

Just getting back from a fantastic trip to Rincon. Everything about the Villa was marvelous. From the ease of check-in. Even an early text (Your villa is ready 3 hours early) to the layout, amenities, and our welcome bottle of wine and water! Steps out our front door to the beach, beautiful pool, and wonderful meals on the third floor deck overlooking the ocean. Everything about this house and owner is five star.!

The best!

This home is 10/10! My family of 5 were very comfortable and did not need to purchase anything additional. It has everything we needed down to the most minimal thing like aquafore for my son dry skin. The process from start to finish was perfect and the owners were very responsive in questions and even suggestions on local places. We will book again. I would recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic property and location. Owner communication was top-notch. Major Bonus- there was an island-wide power outage for the last 2-3 days of our stay, but the owner’s solar power backup kept the lights, fridge and ceiling fans running seamlessly.

We had another wonderful stay in VillaNicky this year. Marco is a wonderful host. He’s always available if something needs to be address. He texts us with fun things going on in town. He even called to let me know there was a tsunami warning and told me how to evacuate if necessary. We’ll be back next year!

Paradise!!!!

The condo/unit was gorgeous - super clean and had everything you could possibly need. Fantastic views, and so close to the beach. The beds were super comfy, tons of fluffy towels, and also bikes, boogie boards, blender, gas grill ...anything you needed was there. The AC and ice machine was awesome too. Marcos was so helpful and gave us some good tips on local trips. Rincon was a great little town. We didn't want to leave!!!!

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

What a beautiful experience! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything that you would ever need on vacation was available to us from playard to high chair to beach supplies (i.e. boogie boards, kayaks, snorkeling gear, lifesavers, etc). It truly felt like home away from home. One of the highlights of the trip was that the beach! Literally just steps outside from the property. Our family had such a wonderful time! We hope to come back very soon.

Wonderful house and location!

This property was amazing! It had everything you could need to get your stay started! We loved not having to pack anything for the beach other than our suits! We also appreciated the case of bottled water waiting for us on arrival. The property was very spacious and we loved sitting on the rooftop deck looking out over the beach! We will definitely be back!

Nice place

For starters, the photo implies a single family house. It's a quad..4 attached units. The AC in one of the bedrooms was broken. Marco couldn't get a tech during our stay but he brought a stand fan, so we had to sleep with doors open to cool said bedroom. Pool area is under construction, but open. Other than that, fine location, great amenities.

Perfect House and location

The house was perfect for the 3 couples, the house was on a private beach, had beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels, cooler...etc everything you need for a beach trip. Super clean and well-equipped kitchen. Great communication with the owners including events happening in the area. We even went to an unexpected concert to see El Gran Combo. You can walk to dinner or brunch right from the beach. I highly recommend this home.

Incredible! Best unit we have ever stayed in

We stayed five nights in August. From prior to arrival, then during and after our stay, the owners provided above and beyond communications. Made us feel like family. The villa is just fabulous, very spacious, multiple balconies with ocean views, well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies, board games, bicycles, and everything you could ever possibly need for a paradise beach excursion with children. Also the video games for the kids were a huge hit. Plenty of space for a large family to spread out. We were there when tropical storm Ernesto passed through the island, the owner remained in regular contact with us regarding preparations we should take, roads/areas to avoid, and how to operate the backup power/wifi systems. I felt like I was talking with a close friend. If we ever return to Puerto Rico we will absolutely try to rent here again. If I could give a 6 star review, this is a property, and owner, deserving of it.

Wonderful, Excellent, Superb!

Everything was exactly as it appeared and then dramatically better! The house was gorgeous, spotless, and so well-equipped. You are literally a short couple of minute walk to the beach. It was very quiet with very few people around. There are also so many things to do around the property with the bikes, the kayaks, the beach chairs, the sand play toys, the tennis rackets, the pickleball set, basketball, volleyball. The location is excellent and nice to be in a gated villa. We felt so safe and secure. There is an amazing upper level patio with such a great setup and view of the stars and the oceans. It is also well-stocked with lots of furniture and an amazing grill set up with a sink. We loved playing a murder mystery game up there! It was the best set up! There were tons of kitchen utensils and appliances like a blender, toaster, sandwich press. The showers and bathrooms were great! So nice to have three bathrooms and two showers, plus the outdoor shower to remove the sand. The beds are so comfy and there were tons of towels and beach towels. I could not be happier with the place. And Marco was so kind to text us different activities with complete directions on how to get to places. He was very attentive to our questions. Don't miss out on this excellent stay!

Very entertaining

This house is filled with fun stuff to do. You walk in and are greeted with a fun sound system, a huge collection of beach and water toys, video and board games, several TVs throughout and a terrace on the roof with grill and nice view. We were definitely able to find stuff to do in the house while we were there and also enjoyed walking to a lovely restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, the rocky beach made it difficult to enjoy the water close to the house, so we had to walk farther down to Sandy Beach or drive to a safer beach for water time fun.

OUTSTANDING!!

If we could give a 10 rating we would!! From the moment we walked in the door it felt like home! Every room is so beautifully decorated! There is a Sonos music system as soon as you enter. The LR couches are extremely comfortable & soft! The side room is equipped with bicycles,& boogie boards for use. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything that you would need! Marco & Magda even left a bottle of wine, coffee & a case of water for us! That was such a beautiful, welcoming touch! The 3 bedrooms are a flight upstairs & each room was so beautiful & very, very comfortable! I felt like I was at a bed and breakfast! Each room had a small balcony attached. The MB had the most beautiful view of the ocean! Beds were extremely comfortable! The entire place was CLEAN! Bathrooms were very spacious! There were plenty of towels as we were a party of 6. There were also plenty of beach towels! Laundry room had everything! Another flight up led to the full terrace overlooking the beautiful ocean!! There were patio chairs, a couch & a grill! We were only there for 3 nights, 2 full days. We went to many beaches & our favorites were Survival Beach, Playa LaLa & Gozalandia Waterfalls! Many restaurants and Panaderia's! Beautiful property & got to use the pool! Marco & Magda were very gracious giving us ideas of what to do. They are SUPER hosts, so very wonderful throughout our stay & thereafter! Attention to detail throughout! We would absolutely return! We cannot say enough wonderful things!

The house is very comfortable and the host/hostess had thought of everything when it came to activities. Cooler, snorkel gear,etc. plenty of umbrellas outside for shade and plenty of seating. We loved it.

2024 Girls Trip

We loved Villa Nicky it was everything we wanted. The townhome had everything we needed, from towels to paper products. The location was close to town and beautiful. Marco and Magda were wonderful hosts actually one of the best we have encountered using VRBO. They left us complimentary coffee, wine and water which made us so happy after our red eye flight. Marco would text us suggestions of what to do which we truly appreciated. They even brought us a blender due to a craving for Pina Coladas. The beach was beautiful but we were told to be careful due to riptides which made us pretty cautious . Thank you Marco for your wonderful hospitality .

Outstanding

All the reviews about how communicative Marco is and how perfectly located and clean the villa is are 100% correct. Marco is an excellent host who proactively shares information. And the villa is so well stocked with everything we needed. Plus, it’s immediately adjacent the tidal pool section of the beach. Rincon is a short drive away, but you can walk to several restaurants via a shortcut along the beach (bring a headlamp and keep an eye on the tide).

Another wonderful experience

This was our 3rd time staying at this property and was another excellent experience. The place was spotless when we arrive. Marco is very responsive and available. We have already booked for next year!
