Relax at this award winning beachfront rental, located on Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, only 30 minutes from the Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla or 2 hours from the Luiz Munoz airport in San Juan.

The ground floor rental unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and living room and outdoor dining that has ocean and sunset views. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Sleeps 4-6 people.

In the event of a water utility outage there are over 1000 gallons of cistern water that will flow into the property.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening, world class snorkeling and scuba diving right in front of the house with turtles, exotic fish and the largest elkhorn coral reef in the Caribbean. Stunning views of Desecheo island, whale sightings occur throughout the winter months and world class surfing can be had at Tres Palmas Beach. Take a short walk to other surf spots such as Dogmans, Maria's and Domes.

Fall asleep in the outdoor hammock or enjoy organic herbs from R garden while barbecuing with friends and family in the backyard. Head out to the many local restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you are looking for something to do other than surf, try scuba diving, sailing, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, shopping, movies and many more activities within minutes of the house.

The property is pet friendly, but please one DOG only. You are required to keep your pet off the furniture and must pick up any mess left in the yard or surrounding area.

In case of a power outage the house counts with solar backup power.
